Sweet Chili Cheese Spread

1/4 cup Sugar and Spice Syrup
1/4 cup Yogurt
8 oz. Cream cheese
8 oz. Sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. Mild cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Candied Jalapeños, drained and finely chopped 

In a food processor blend together the Sugar and Spice Syrup, yogurt, cream cheese and both of the cheddar cheeses until they are smooth. Take out of the food processor and mix in the diced Candied Jalapenos with a spatula. Serve with your favorite cracker or vegetable slices. Enjoy!

To make the cheese spread more spicy, add more syrup. 

Pickled Garlic Scapes Pesto

6 oz. Pickled Garlic Scapes
3.5 oz. olive oil
2.5 oz. parmesan cheese
1 oz. roasted sunflower seeds

To bring out the most flavors, toast the sunflower seeds over low heat on the stove using just a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking to the pan (watch carefully, as they burn easily). To prepare the pesto, mix all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth and serve with you favorite pasta or spread on small toast. Enjoy

To make the pesto vegetarian, use vegan cheese.
